Here is what happens to the details you send through buyajetseat.com, in plain terms.

Who reads your request

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Buy a Jet Seat. When this page says “we”, it means Charter Jet One working on behalf of Buy a Jet Seat.

The details we keep

• Contact details you type in: name, email and phone.
• Your trip: airports, dates, how many seats or passengers, whether you asked for a seat or the whole jet, and your notes.
• How you reached us: the referring page and any campaign tags in your link, such as utm_source.
• Whether you ticked the box for offers.

No card numbers are collected here, and we do not follow you around the web.

What we do with them

We use your details to look for seats and aircraft, put quotes together and reach you about this trip by email, phone or text. If you go ahead, the operator needs passenger names and contact details to fly you, so we pass those on. Seat and empty-leg offers go only to people who ticked the box, and a single reply asking us to stop ends them. We also keep the records that tax and accounting rules ask for.

Who else sees them

Only the operating carrier and the service providers we need in order to quote and book your flight, such as ground handlers and the companies that host our email and website. When a law, a court or an aviation or border authority requires information, we provide what is required. Your details are not for sale, and no advertiser ever receives them.

How long we hold them

A request stays on file while your trip is being quoted and followed up. Booking records stay for the period tax and aviation rules set. After that we delete the details or strip out anything that identifies you.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your details

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction or a deletion. Reply to one of our emails, or send us a note using the quote form, and we will sort it out. Where local law gives you further rights, we respect those too.

Cookies and tracking

Nothing beyond what makes the pages work: no analytics, no advertising code. Fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it delivers them.

Keeping it safe

Your request is sent over HTTPS, and only the people working on your trip can open it.

Children

This site is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly take details from anyone under 16. Flights for minors are booked by a parent or guardian.

Updates

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
